You asked for more time to return or exchange your Mexicali Blues purchases after the holidays—and we listened. If you bought or received something from one of our stores this holiday season and it wasn’t quite the right size, or quite your best color, or if you received more than one of the same thing, don’t worry. If your unwanted item was purchased between October 18, 2016 and December 24, 2016, you have until January 31, 2017 to make your return or exchange!
That’s right—we’re expanding our return window this holiday season to give you lots and lots of extra time. If you want to come in right away, our stores are open and overflowing with good vibes, incredible items to shop or exchange for, and staff that can’t wait to help you quickly and easily return or exchange your purchase. And if you are traveling, making merry with friends and family or just have a lot going on right now, it’s all good. You can put it off your return until the end of January!
If your purchase was made in-store, bring in your unused item in its packaging with your Mexicali Blues receipt. Clearance items, body jewelry and opened CDs are nonreturnable. So is any item that shows wear or damage or is missing parts, so stow your unwanted purchases somewhere safe until you are ready to make your return or exchange. We will exchange for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund your original form of payment.
If your purchase was made online, you can make your return in-store or online. For an in-store return, follow the instructions above. To make an online return, fill out our return form and follow our online return instructions.
If you received the wrong item or it came damaged, call 1-866-329-0639. We will send you a free shipping label to send back the flawed item, and send you back another in perfect condition!
So if your Mexicali Blues gift didn’t make you smile, keep the tags on and keep an eye on the calendar. We look forward to seeing you—and getting you smiling—before January 31!
