Mexicali Blues delivery days are Monday through Friday, orders may be delivered on the weekends but that is up to the shipping provider.
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. On occasion we may need to retrieve one of your items from our stores; with all shipping methods, you will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your package has been shipped!
All shipping estimates are after potential 5 business day processing time.
- Standard Shipping → Once shipped, delivers within 7 days
- 2 Day Shipping → Once shipped, delivers within 3-4 business days
- International → We currently do not offer international shipping options

*Due to the current state of shipping, all shipping projections are subject to change, many packages have been arriving later than scheduled, please bear this in mind when placing an order*
Shipping time is an estimate of when the item will arrive after it leaves our warehouse, it is not a guarantee. Once your order is out the door and in the hands of the universe, we unfortunately have no control over what happens at UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
We work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, on occasion more popular items are out of stock in our warehouse and need to be pulled from one of our 5 stores and may have slightly longer processing times.
Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can use the tracking number to track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

Package Protection from damage, loss, and theft is available at checkout. Package Protection is automatically applied to all purchases and is priced in relation to your cart total. Learn more on our Returns and Exchanges page.
How do I turn off Package Protection?
Shipment Protection is automatically applied to all purchases and if you would like to decline Re:Do Package Protection you can turn it off in checkout. If you decline package protection your shipment will NOT be protected in the case of shipping damage, loss, or theft.
All promotional codes must be entered at the time your order is placed. If you are having issues with a promotion please make note of it in the comments section of viewing your cart or contact us directly at: email@example.com
