You must have the original Mexicali Blues receipt for a full refund
Item(s) being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in same condition as when purchased
Credit/debit card refunds are initiated immediately; your card issuer’s policies will determine the exact date refunds post
Returns made after the 30 day period (excluding Holiday Return Policy purchases) will be issued a gift card instead of a full refund on the purchasing method.
We do not accept returns for the following items (in store and online)
Clearance items (typically identified by a red slash on the tag)
Essential oils, room sprays, candles, or incense
Damaged items sold as-is
Body piercing jewelry
Face Masks
Any items that are not in new condition (shows clear signs of being worn, used, damaged, or has missing parts)

3. Once the items are received by Mexicali Blues your return should be processed in 1-3 business days. .
Online purchases returned to mexicaliblues.com will be issued a Refund to the appropriate account. (Paypal, Amazon, AfterPay) or credit card.
Mexicaliblues.com will refund the full purchase price less the cost of shipping.
The customer is responsible for shipping their items back to mexicaliblues.com.
If the problem was our mistake, (the product was shipped in damaged/unusable condition or the wrong item or quantity of items were shipped), Mexicali Blues will accept responsibility and ship the proper item(s) at our cost. If we need to take the damaged item back, we will send you a return label and your corrected order will be shipped once damaged item is received back by us. Upon receipt you can send the damaged or otherwise not usable item(s) back to us free of charge. Note: Damaged items exchanged for identical items only. Size, color and style cannot be changed.
If you package is lost, stolen or received damaged through shipping we will file a claim with our carrier and work with you to replace the package or damaged item(s).
Simply bring the item(s) that you would like to return to any of our locations with the online invoice/receipt and we will process your return.
AfterPay purchases can ONLY be returned online. Facebook, Instagram, and Etsy purchases can ONLY be returned online.
Purchases made online and returned in-store can only be returned for Store Credit in the form of a gift card or Refunded to the original form of payment, please provide the original credit card used for the online transaction for CC refunds (Paypal and Amazon will be refunded to a giftcard).
Simply bring the item(s) that you would like to return to any of our locations with the original receipt and we will process your return.
Purchases made in-store and returned in-store can be returned for Store Credit in the form of a gift card or Refunded to the original form of payment. Please provide the credit card used for the original transaction for a credit card refund.
Returns without a receipt will be discounted 25%. Please keep your receipt or request a gift receipt!

If the item was damaged in transit, and you purchased "Package Protection" at checkout Mexicali Blues will accept responsibility and ship the proper item(s) at our cost. Please provide photos of the box and the damaged items in question and email to: customerservice@mexicaliblues.com
If the item was damaged in transit and you did not purchase "Package Protection" your shipment is not protected by Mexicali Blues.

If your package is lost or stolen youmust have purchased "Package Protection" at checkout in order to have your shipment protected by Mexicali Blues.

2. Missing "Undelivered" Package

3. Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect address, or the shipping provider delivered your package to the wrong address, please contact customerservice@mexicaliblues.com
If you DID NOT purchase "Package Protection" your lost or stolen package is not protected by Mexicali Blues
If your digital gift card is lost and/or not delivered to the recipient:
1. Instruct them to check their spam folder
2. If they are unbale to find their gift card contact customer service at: customerservice@mexicaliblues.com
The gift card can be reissued if it is unused, and a claim is made within 90 days.
