Return Policy

At Mexicali Blues, it is our goal to make exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

You may return most items sold by Mexicaliblues.com and Mexicali Blues within 30 days of delivery for full re-credit of merchandise cost to your Paypal, Google Checkout or Credit Card account used for the initial order. If you are returning an item that was sent as described, but are unhappy with it for whatever reason, Mexicaliblues.com will refund the full product price, but is unfortunately unable to refund initial and return shipping fees. This scenario includes instances where the wrong size of clothing was ordered. Credits are only offered through

Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
   -Body Piercing Jewelry (including earrings)
   -Any CD that has had its plastic wrap opened
   -Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts

If a problem arises with your order as result of our doing (i.e., if a product is shipped to you in damaged or unusable condition), any unusable item can be exchanged for a usable one. However, no changes in size or item style can be made when returning a damaged good; only identical items can be sent in exchange for damaged goods. Mexicaliblues.com will pay for the return shipping of the damaged item, and the new shipping of the correct item to you. In cases where the item shipped does not match the item ordered, Mexicaliblues.com will pay for the return shipping of the incorrect item, and the new shipping to get the correct item to you.

The risk of item loss and/or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Fill out the back of the invoice that was shipped with your order. Please make sure to fill out all fields; if crucial information is missing your return will be delayed.

2. Ship the item to be returned, along with the invoice to:
