A. We offer the opportunity to join our Email newsletter conveniently at the bottom of every page. Those who sign-up and take advantage of the email list get advanced notice of sales, new merchandise sneak previews, store opening alerts and other fun and sometimes funky Mexicali news. Email addresses collected at mexicaliblues.com are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to anyone regardless of how much they might want it! If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list there is a simple link at the bottom of every email.
Q. Why don’t I receive Mexicali Email Newsletters?
A. If you have joined the Mexicali mailing list but aren’t receiving these emails, we’re sorry! Sometimes our correspondences are mistakenly blocked as spam, but don’t worry. Q. I can't log into my mexicaliblues.com account- what should I do?
A. If you can no longer remember your password you can have a new password sent to the email address used to create your account by clicking here. Upon receiving your new password you can sign in to your account by clicking on the “sign in now” hyperlink contained in the email below your new password or by clicking here. To change your password, log in and then navigate to “my account”. In your account page you can choose to “change my password or username” and/or insert further account information.
Q. How do I create a wishlist?
A. To create a wishlist you must first register an account with us at mexicaliblues.com, you can do so by clicking here. After signing in to your account you can create and manage your “wishlist” from the top right of mexicaliblues.com browser pages or by clicking here. When viewing specific products after having created your wishlist you can add them to your list by choosing the size and color and clicking “add to wishlist”. You can then view and edit your lists by returning to the abovementioned “wishlist” page.
Q. Are all of your products displayed on the website?
A. Due to the unique, handmade nature of our merchandise, many of our products are too variant to stock on the website. Q. If an item is out of stock, what can I do?

Q. Why can’t I search for products by size or color?
A. The sizing of our merchandise is dependent on the geographic region where it was manufactured, and subject to vendor specific stylistic differences. For this reason you are unable to search using abovementioned specific parameters, and we suggest that you consult the measurements provided on each individual product page before purchasing.
Q. Where do you source your goods?
A. We source our wares responsibly from all over the globe, with a concentration on countries in Southeast Asia, Central America, and South America. Mexicali owners Pete and Kim employ quality control by personally visiting manufacturing facilities to ensure that workplaces provide fair labor conditions. Q. What are some of the materials used in your clothing and textiles?
A. Our unique clothing and textiles are sourced from a variety of manufacturers spanning over a number of continents. As many of these garments are hand made, their composition varies stylistically, due to their being crafted out of a variety of fabrics and materials. This process results in one-of a-kind products. The mentioned fabrics and material used range from recycled silk, to wool, to polyester, to nylon, to hemp, to organic cotton, to name a few. Q. Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
A. No, unfortunately promotions such as coupons cannot be combined but we invite you to join our mailing list to stay on top of future promotions!

Q. How do I determine my size? Why does your sizing vary so widely?
A. Since much of our clothing is hand-made in countries with different methods of sizing, it is often important to note the measurements listed below each item on the individual product pages. We have taken extra care to provide you with the most accurate measurements possible by measuring all items ourselves before they are put up on our website.
Chest: measure around the widest part of your rib cage. (Not the widest part of your chest.)
Waist: the narrowest part of your natural waist. This is generally around the belly button.
Q. Why is it taking so long for my order to ship out?
A. Unlike most other retailers, wherein the warehouse stocks everything sold online, our stock is spread out over our 6 physical locations in addition to the warehouse so we can offer you, our beloved customer, more variety on our website. Sometimes, certain items in your order need to be located at a store and brought to the warehouse before your order can ship. And while other retailers may ship your order sooner, their transit times are usually longer, whereas with us, your order typically takes only a few business days to arrive to you in most cases. In short, while our processing time is longer, our transit time is MUCH shorter than many other shippers. If there will be a delay in your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible. (Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not yet recieved your shipping confirmation)
Q. Why is my card being authorized for a different amount than my order?
A. Rest assured you have not been over charged or double charged. An authorization hold is a reduction of the cardholder's credit line for the amount of the sale +/- a percentage. This hold can remain on the cardholder's account for up to 30 days, depending upon the issuing bank policy, but is replaced with a charge at the point of purchase. The hold allows Mexicali Blues to know that the cardholder has been pre approved for the amount of the order, this is a common practice for merchants that do not charge customers until the order is physically shipped. Occasionally there may be a 24-48 hour overlap between the charge and the authorization. This does not mean you have been charged twice!

A. While our primary shipping carrier is USPS (US Postal Service) we also use FedEx. You can only place a phone order though our warehouse/web department. The easiest and most accessible way to order from home is through our website, but if you are unable to place your order online, we are happy to place your order by phone- just give us a call at 1.866.329.0639 between the hours of 8-4 pm EST, Monday-Friday.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. No we do not sell wholesale, but we do bring you consumer goods straight from the source. This business model passes savings onto you, the customer!
