Earn rewards when you trade in eligible Mexicali Blues clothing!

The Replay program was designed to promote circularity and sustainability in our business and our communities. We are excited to offer our customers another way to earn rewards, save money, and shop for previously loved Mexicali Blues clothing!

Drop off your gently used Mexicali Blues clothing in-store. If your items qualify after inspection, we’ll add Replay rewards to your Smile High Club account!

Replay rewards will be issued as miles that can be redeemed for bonus rewards and discounts on future purchases!

Make sure items are clean and free of any damage before drop-off. Please check pockets for personal items! Once items are dropped off, they will not be returned, regardless of Replay rewards eligibility.

Bring items to any of our Maine stores, located in Portland, Freeport, Kittery, Bangor, Newcastle, and Raymond.

Notify a store associate that you’d like to drop off items as a part of our Replay program. 

Complete the Replay form & drop off items. Carefully read all information, agree to the terms and conditions, sign the form, and return it to a store associate with the items you’d like to drop off.

Redeem Replay rewards to be used on future Mexicali Blues purchases via your Smile High Club account. Most drop-offs are processed within a few weeks. It can take up to 30 days for Replay rewards to be issued.

Shop Replay clothing at our Newcastle store! You can use replay rewards on any purchase, including on replay clothing, before your items even sell!

Can I participate if I’m not a Smile High Club member?

Yes, but you’ll need to join the Smile High Club to receive compensation for your items. Our ability to compensate you for your items is dependent on your active membership. If you aren’t already a member, you can join online or in-store when you drop off your items. 

What items are eligible for Replay rewards?

Mexicali Blues determines condition, eligibility, and Replay rewards value after inspection. Eligible items include new or gently used authentic Mexicali Blues clothing that is owned by you, is clean (free of stains, odors, pet hair, mildew, deodorant, etc.), and in resellable condition.

What items are ineligible for Replay rewards?

Items that are not Mexicali Blues, are not clean, heavily worn, pilling, damaged, missing key components, or not resellable. Item ineligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Mexicali Blues.

How much in Replay rewards will I receive per item? 

We will issue 40% of the resale value in rewards (400 to 1,000 miles with a $4-$10 discount value) per eligible clothing item.

How do I receive Replay rewards?

Rewards will be added to your Smile High Club account. You will be notified by email when rewards have been added to your account.

When will I receive my Replay rewards?

Replay rewards will be issued within 30 days of drop-off.

What happens to eligible items after drop-off?

After inspection, items deemed to be eligible for Replay rewards will be processed by our team within a few weeks. Eligible clothing will be merchandised and resold at our flagship store in Newcastle, Maine.

How much will you resell eliglible items for?

Eligible items will be resold for $10-$25 depending on the type of item.

What happens to ineligible items after drop-off?

Items that are not eligible for Replay rewards WILL NOT BE RETURNED; they will be recycled through our partner, Apparel Impact. 

Can I get any items back (eligible or ineligible) after drop-off?

No, all items become the property of Mexicali Blues upon drop-off and will not be returned. Please note: Mexicali Blues is not responsible for any personal items left in pockets, loss, theft, or damage of items after drop-off.

Can Mexicali Blues store employees determine the eligibility of my items when I drop them off?

No, store employees do not inspect items for eligibility in any of our stores. Our warehouse team conducts all inspections and determines compensation at a separate location after drop-off.

Why do you need my email address and phone number?

We use your information to match your Replay drop-off to your Smile High Club account, communicate with you about processing issues, if needed, and issue Replay rewards. (See our Privacy Policy for additional details.)

Does submitting items to this program qualify as a charitable donation?

A Replay drop-off is not a charitable donation. No charitable donation receipt is provided.

Where can I purchase Mexicali Blues Replay clothing?

Available Replay clothing can be purchased at our flagship store in Newcastle, Maine. We do not currently offer Replay clothing at any other location or online, but stay tuned–this may change in the future.

Can I return or exchange Mexicali Blues Replay clothing?

No, all Replay clothing is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I use my Smile High Club rewards to purchase Mexicali Blues Replay clothing?

Absolutely!

Mexicali Blues reserves the right to update and/or change eligibility requirements, compensation structure, FAQ, terms, and conditions, or discontinue the Replay program at any time.
