Ship of Fools Tie Dye Grateful Dead T-Shirt

It felt a little stiff but hopefully will be better after a wash or two

This was for my girlfriend, whose father had been a Grateful Dead fan and had this same shirt design back in the day. She loves it and is very impressed at the excellent quality of the garment and the printing, the dip dye looks great. Mexicali Blues did an excellent job of shipping my order promptly and it arrived in Canada quickly.

So I complained about the ship of fools shirt I got from them that looks terrible and has no tie dye to it what so ever, I wish I could post a photo on here to show you what I mean) . I asked for a picture of the shirt I would receive before I even bought it because I wasted to see the tie dye quatlity because this particular shirt is notorious for having poor quality dyes and and this is what I was told “the model in the ad is wearing the shirt in a size xl”… gee thanks a lot for going out of your way for a customer…,The when I complained about the shirt I received in the mail I was told that maybe next time I should consider shopping in person instead of ordering online, now mind you I live 100s of miles away from this store, not only was this person completely rude and condescending but totally dismissive of my complaint as a whole. I literally bought this exact same shirt from Mexicali blues back in 2019 and they were more than an accommodating in supplying me a picture of the shirt I would receive which probably took all of about 3 minutes out of that employees day, I don’t remember this employees name but she was probably employee of the month countless times. Bottom line your customer service skills need work, I will NEVER shop with please ever again.

The shirt you sent me has zero white showing through it looks like it was dunked in purple on the top and teal on the bottom, there’s ZERO tie dye to it. Not a happy customer.
