FREE Guided Meditation: Allowing What Is with Suse Wicks
Quiet the outer world and amplify the world within. Suse Wicks, manager of our Newcastle store, will guide a mindful meditation to let your conceptual thinking fall away and reveal “the consciousness in which the body and the world appear.” Allow all of the craziness of Freeport in July to simply be, and you can rejoin the fun in a more mindful way.
