As Pluto inches back into Capricorn for the next seven months, it is immediately aspected by Mercury. The lines are open to convey the ways we may have missed the mark transforming critical aspects of our lives over the past 15 years. This sounds heavy and overwhelming, but it is likely we will simply begin to assess the consequences of decisions we made during those years. This can, at the very least, inspire us to discover solutions for how to remedy those consequences at this juncture.

Mercury’s immediate ingress into its home sign of Gemini holds valuable information that can be quite insightful, bringing understanding and reliable resolutions to better our lives from here forward. This ingress should help sharpen our minds, our desire to read more, learn more, and make more sense of things we otherwise might not understand fully.

The consequences mentioned earlier could have affected certain close relationships we are in, and it is possible those could be brought back up, creating tense and perhaps challenging scenarios that need to be worked through in those relationships. This is a pivotal revisitation and opportunity to change our tack, affect positive change in ways we perhaps were not ready to before, and engage our wisdom, will, and love to try to make things better than they have been.

It could feel like we are hitting the ground running this morning, excited for the day with a certain strength, will, and determination to tackle whatever we set out to do, and doing is exactly what this day prepares us for. There is a creative and passionate zing to our spirit, but as is often the caveat with Aries, and a lesson from yesterday’s message related to consequences, considering the consequences of our actions is critical if we wish to successfully achieve whatever bold endeavors we set out to do today.

Often the product of many of our days, old wounds and challenging situations from the past can cross our minds and distract us from the bold creativity that inspired us earlier in the day. These traumas may have affected us very deeply and painfully, and there can be a strong sense of loneliness, abandonment, and isolation attached to them. Without the courage and bravery to share some of those stories with someone, we may not be able to break out of the prison they created for us. Therefore, we must trust in someone who will not judge us and who will keep a compassionate ear open to what we might need to share to enact positive healing for ourselves.

As this is the only notable aspect today, there is not too much to convey, but this ingress and conjunction is nothing to dismiss. When Moon joins its North Node we can feel the winds of destiny adjusting our tack to help us stay more true to the journey that is best for us. It may be that we have slipped here or there and lost our sense of direction. This evening’s conjunction can help remind us of where we wish to go and why, helping us embrace any means of stabilizing our resources to allow that future to unfold as beautifully as possible. Listen carefully to any synchronicities that reveal themselves today.

Moon in Taurus square Mars in Leo

There can be ample room for growth today if we open ourselves up to criticism without taking it too personally. This can be very difficult for most of us to do, however, so recognizing the potential for our ideas or techniques to be challenged by someone can help prepare us ahead of time, thus keeping any anger or defensiveness at bay as much as possible.

It can furthermore be difficult because of how bold and stubborn these two signs can be, especially with a square between these specific celestial bodies. But sometimes we just have to dig our heels in and have an important conversation with someone to help drive a point home, hopefully opening them up to a new perspective that can help them. Whether someone criticizes us or we choose to criticize someone else, let’s do our best to be as tactful and kind as possible.

Boundaries should be duly noted today, especially when it comes to communication. The potential for putting our foot in our mouth is strong, just as it is possible someone else might cross a certain boundary with us. Staying calm and understanding that most of us cross boundaries many times throughout our lives can help us take a step back, breathe through it, and approach them with kind determination to explain what those boundaries are. These teach lessons, so let’s make sure the lessons are learned and not shunned out of anger.

Later in the evening, we might be sorting through the elusive grab bag of our trust issues and disillusionment. It can be difficult to trust others when trust has been broken many times throughout our lives. Perhaps we are dealing with a situation that requires faith in another person, or faith in a process that is playing out publicly or just out of our control. Taking stock of the ways in which we can empower our faith by assessing all the things that we fear can require a lot of courage, but once we determine everything we are afraid of we can begin to nurture and empower ourselves by gradually becoming more fearless of those things.

Moon in Gemini square Saturn in Pisces, conjunct Mercury, and sextile Venus in Leo

We may be reminded of those boundary issues that came up yesterday, and they might be sinking in and rubbing us the wrong way. But eventually we can find some sense in the process that unfolded, imparting some clarity and understanding around whatever that situation became. This can help alleviate any tensions that may have arisen during the week and lively us up for the cheerful and chatty afternoon and evening that is to come.  

Though we all must face boundaries from both sides, forgiveness and redemption walk hand-in-hand with the quintessence of our spirit. And while some offences are just too wrong to imagine forgiving, we can at least find solace knowing that karma works its sensibility in the most profound and necessary ways.

Our weekend is bound to be playfully exciting and social, germinating seeds of inspiration and creativity through meaningful conversation or study. Anything we find ourselves inspired to learn more about should be duly noted so we can make a commitment to do so, especially with the New Moon occurring just after midnight tonight. This is fertile ground for sowing any myriad ideas and creative projects we wish to embark upon.

I don’t believe I can stress enough how helpful this weekend’s lightheartedness can instill faith and hope for the joyfulness that is possible in life. Though we may experience tremendous loss, trauma, and grief, the spark of magic that sleeps within our spirit does not go out or elude us. Joy and abundance always come back around through our lives. We just have to understand the importance and inevitability of the celestial cycles and their influence upon us. The show must go on! Enjoy your weekend!

Though the week may have been challenging and at times difficult to navigate and cope with, there is a decompression and release of tension today and tomorrow. We should embrace gratitude for any lows that pass through our days, because they are signs along our path that teach us valuable lessons and help shape our lives so that we not only are better equipped to relish the highs that come along, but also so we are better equipped to handle any future difficulties that show up on our doorstep.
