April 20-26, 2025
It just seems like these weeks keep getting more and more powerful and sensitive at the same time. The cycles compound and the lessons are laid upon our tables. The early part of the week brings a massive surge of heightened idealism and opportunities to strategically manifest them, or at least begin to. Much more than usual, unique ideals are able to crystalize within the current fabric of reality, creating patterns that can yield tremendous hope and the manifestation of a new zeitgeist we have never imagined before. Later in the week we are learning to come to terms with our resistance to change, and in that process becoming witnesses to the subtle unfolding of our personal metamorphoses. The powerful Mars-Pluto opposition ends our week with reconciliations that can ripple across the fragile tapestry of humanity, but can also provide immense potential breakthroughs and growth in our personal lives. We should go forth mindfully and lovingly!

There are so many celestial influences swirling through today that it is difficult to convey the overarching gist they all bring. But the waning Capricorn Moon transitioning to Aquarius certainly wants us to pay close attention to the details of how our efforts are coalescing with our ideals. Are we progressing toward our goals and ambitions with clear-sighted and undistracted focus? Can we recognize the amplification of our desires and how much we want those desires to manifest? Do we have a pragmatic plan in place to strategically implement that manifestation? We usually brush aside our dreams and ideals because we do not trust the likelihood of them coming to life. Today’s plethora of transits can most definitely inspire us to rethink and reimagine what is actually possible. We must not doubt our dreams and aspirations!

Moon conjunct Pluto in Aquarius
Moon in Aquarius sextile Mercury in Aries
Saturn conjunct Moon’s North Node in Pisces
As if today was intentionally queued to follow the powerful activations of yesterday’s celestial geometries, we are envisioning all possible ideals stirring in our hearts. Though the geopolitical, environmental, and economic outlook is spookily bleak and in dire need of compassionate attention and leadership, we can still refocus our attention upon our personal lives and the lives of those we love who occupy a substantial portion of our hearts.
What kind of higher love are we tuning into lately? Where are the signposts for us to follow through the labyrinthian chaos? Idealism does not have to be fantastical. Dreams do not have to be pipedreams. There is a very powerful element of timing unconsciously aligning the force that surges through our souls just as the blood we share with all our relations. This alignment can lock us into the precise azimuth of our soul’s ideal trajectory. Doubting this force will immensely diminish its dynamic potential to guide us and reveal to us the signposts we so desperately seek.

Moon in Aquarius trine Jupiter in Gemini
Moon in Aquarius square Uranus in Taurus
The upper winds of the atmosphere are diving down to whisk us through today with visionary hope and keen awareness. Our minds are sure to feel sharp and polished like a fine chisel to carve out the negative space that reveals the sensual essence of our ideals. Certain pragmatic factors are sure to irritate our lack of patience and our confidence that our ideals and plans are the best. Knowing this, we can step back, breathe deeply, and listen intently for wisdom flowing through others. We are certainly not the only ones who know what is best for us, and sometimes we have no idea what to do. This is a day to share in the magic of community and friends. We can get healthy feedback, even if it crushes previous convictions or plans. We can also witness the power of working together to manifest ideals that improve many people’s lives, and not just our own. How can we expand our ideals to encompass our entire tribe?

Sun in Taurus square Pluto in Aquarius
Venus conjunct Moon’s North Node in Pisces
We can feel caught between a stubborn resistance to change and the very essence of metamorphic chaos. Not wanting our lives to change can reflect a number of things, but usually it reflects a fear of losing control over something, or many things. The subtle undercurrents of metamorphosis taking place are often very difficult to detect. In fact, we might not realize how much we have changed through certain junctures in our life without keenly looking back on those moments and transitions.
On one hand we are stable and secure in our domain, comfortable knowing our surroundings and those who inhabit it with us. On the other hand, there are hidden forces vying for our protective shell to crack and reveal the incredibly unique, beautiful, and exciting individual that has unknowingly been trapped and encapsulated in its own shell for so long. Our heading is being revealed through this metamorphic emergence. We have to lay to rest our resistance to what is to come. Otherwise we risk our own undoing and betrayal, leading us into caves of despair and the demise of our spirit.

Moon in Pisces square Jupiter in Gemini
Venus conjunct Saturn in Pisces
Moon in Pisces sextile Uranus in Taurus
Moon conjunct its North Node, Saturn, and Venus in Pisces
The waves of celestial cycles continue to break upon the shores of our consciousness, over and over revealing how pivotal certain windows of time are to us. As Moon rolls through the stellium of planets in Pisces and Aries this time around, we are blessed with its convergence with its North Node, Saturn, and Venus. This generates an immense magnetic pull toward the path that is ideal for our consciousness at this moment in our lives. We have been hearing, seeing, and recognizing what makes us feel uneasy, uncomfortable, and ashamed of ourselves, knowing full well what we should do to make us feel comfortable, proud of ourselves, and more at ease. The barriers and battlefields are daunting and frightening. The easy road is so easy to blindly follow. But where we should be going is enough to consider today, as long as we do not abandon it by the wayside along the trail we saunter upon. It is time to holistically consider our juncture for the sake of our tranquility.

Moon conjunct Neptune in Aries
Moon in Aries trine Mars in Leo
Moon in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius
Moon conjunct Mercury in Aries
Moon’s monthly rotation through the zodiac is always bound to encourage us to cover just a little more ground, but when she slips out of the primordial womb of Pisces and into the harsh, cruel fires of Aries, we can be prone to making reckless mistakes with grave consequences. This is especially likely when Neptune is the newly appointed gatekeeper to this rough and rowdy domain. For these reasons, as motivated and excited as we may be feeling today, we should be incredibly careful not to pursue any major new endeavor that has not been thoroughly thought out and vetted by trusted confidants and loved ones. What we can embrace on a day like this is the flamboyancy of our sparkling minds and passions. We’re most likely going to all be feeling quite energized and impassioned to charge into our future with unbridled gusto and verve, but we can do this without risking the soundness and security of our future.

Moon conjunct Chiron in Aries
*Mars in Leo opposite Pluto in Aquarius*
As Moon helps us become more and more familiar with our careless tendencies, we can start to better understand how to more appropriately proceed through our desires. Action is critical in our lives, but so is thoughtful and insightful preparation. What we also have to reckon with is how seldom we may have neglected the latter. Our wounds may be etched deep into the mirrors of our souls, but decisive and meditative acceptance of the inevitability of our traumas can shore up the levees that fortify our bravery, courageousness, and confidence.
We are in the celestial throes of an incredibly powerful syzygy between Mars, Earth, and Pluto. Power trips, rulership, legacies, elitism, and egotism are all frequencies blasting through the dark matter between us. There is hope for sure, but we have to reconcile these harsh realities and likely expressions before tempering them with potential optimistic outcomes. We have to prepare for how influential this opposition might be by understanding that there are forces beyond our control that shape the course of many circumstances. We have been warned and prepared! All of that said, we are most likely going to be able to stand on more solid ground, hold our heads high, raise our swords with dignity, and roar with a confidence that is rooted through our toes into the warm soil beneath our feet. This is a day to reckon with, and thus one to be immensely more mindful and compassionate about than usual. Love is always more powerful!
These are times of turbulent celestial influences, and while many astrologers may argue that all periods of time are turbulent, we have to consider the compounding speed of change with which we have all been struggling to adapt to. And through this turbulence it is difficult to pause to reflect upon our own progress, clarity, and serenity. It seems nearly impossible to embrace those virtues enough to feel them deep within our bones. But the more we continue to take heart in our similarities and celebrate our differences, the more we find the fuses to spark the unifying connection we all share. This unity is the spirit that flows through the death of us. It is the life force that we all must honor, respect, and embrace. We all have to find our tribe and respect our neighboring tribes if we are going to know peace.
