Mexicali Blues Giveaway Guidelines:

1. Eligibility: All Mexicali Blues giveaways are open to US Residents who follow the rules stated on the giveaways. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their entry date in this promotion to qualify. All Mexicali Blues giveaways are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Mexicali Blues' employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the "Employees") are ineligible to participate in giveaways but are always welcome to share with others.

2. Agreement to Rules: By entering Mexicali Blues giveaways, the Entrant ("You") agrees to abide by Mexicali Blues' Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Mexicali Blues reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time. By entering a Mexicali Blues giveaway, the You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of Mexicali Blues as final and binding as it relates to the content of any Mexicali Blues giveaway.

3. Entry Period: Entry periods will be noted in giveaway posts. All entries must be within the specified Entry Period to be eligible for a Mexicali Blues giveaway.

4. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter any Mexicali Blues giveaway by following the rules (noted in the giveaway posts). As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Mexicali Blues giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at Mexicali Blues' sole discretion. 

5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of said Mexicali Blues giveaway will receive the prize(s) noted in the giveaway post. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by Mexicali Blues unless otherwise specified. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Mexicali Blues' discretion. The winner shall not request the cash equivalent. By accepting the prize, the selected winner grants permission for Mexicali Blues to use the winner's likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

If your prize is worth more than $600 and you are conducting your giveaway in the United States, you will need to collect the winner’s social security number and issue a 1099 for tax purposes

6. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

7. Selection of Winner: The Winner will be selected by a random number generator under the supervision of Mexicali Blues. 

8. Notification of Winner: Mexicali Blues will notify the winner(s) within 24 hours following the Winner selection. Mexicali Blues is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to message security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Sponsor be liable for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, i.e., email addresses or phone numbers. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time the award notification is sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner's receipt of the prize offered in said Mexicali Blues giveaway is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the winner violates any of these official rules, the winner (at Mexicali Blues' sole discretion) will be disqualified, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. 

9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, Mexicali Blues reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate a giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Mexicali Blues' control, impact, or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the said giveaway. In the event of any of the above issues, Mexicali Blues may determine the winner based on all eligible entries received before and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Mexicali Blues. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of said giveaway or website or violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by Mexicali Blues at its sole discretion.
