October 17th - October 23rd: Fiery Full Moon Takes Flight With the Sylphs... into Scorpio Season 🔥🌕🦅

Oct 16, 2021

Lakshmi, Hindu goddess of abundance, reigns in the sign of Libra now and is co-conspirator with Aphrodite this season. Both are born out of the churning sea, have agency in choosing their own consorts, and bestow the riches of love, beauty and spiritual liberation.

Diwali is Lakshmi's festival and the home space is traditionally cleaned to make a welcome for her presence.

It's time to get rid of any clutter and excess. Prune the plants back, clean the garden bed. Donate to Goodwill and make room in the closet!

Full Moon Rising bright and clear on the 20th in the sign of Aries, the warrior God, defender God, calls for action, but action in harmony with Lakshmi's values.

This is action in defense of peaceful presence, beautiful spaces, camaraderie of friends.

So where is Aries in your chart? Here is where you are called to be a knight in shining armour, for yourself perhaps, protecting  your own peace of mind.

But just as the Moon is reaching its culmination, both Jupiter and Mercury turn direct on the 18th. Jupiter is in Aquarius, air and intellect, Mercury in Libra seeking a balancing of the mind.

Where are your thoughts tending in a new direction?

Of course Mercury going direct is always anticipated with great relief (Whew! We made it through!) but with Jupiter going direct on the same day, the change up in energy will be amplified.

Time to let your Wisdom be expressed... diplomatically… and let your thoughts take flight with the Sylphs, the airy elementals!

For on the 23, Scorpio Season arrives!
