*Does my expidited shipping option (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) ensure my order will arrive the next day?
Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day its shipped. Please note: we do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays.
*When will my UPS package arrive?
In the U.S. your UPS package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. UPS packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday though Friday.
You can use your UPS tracking number to obtain up-to-date information about the status of your package at the UPS website.
**With internationally shipped orders the customer is responsible for all fees and taxes that are incurred. You can obtain more information at your local customs office. All goods are shipped FOB from our warehouse.
FOB Means: An International Term of Sale that means the seller fulfills his or her obligation to deliver when the goods have passed over the border at the named border of the country. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks to loss of or damage to the goods from that point. This includes the duties and taxes. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export. We require both the “Ship To” and “Bill To” addresses to be identical on all international orders.
