We like making you smile!
1. You must have the original Mexicali Blues receipt.
2. Item(s) being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in same condition as when purchased.
3. All sales are final on clearance items and body jewelry.
4. Credit/debit card refunds are initiated immediately; your card issuer’s policies will determine the exact date refunds post.

* Items marked down 50% or more (Identified by a red slash on the tag) or damaged items sold as/is are final sale items and cannot be returned online or in-store.
* Both online and in store we cannot accept returns of certain items:
- Body Piercing Jewelry.
- Any CD that has had the plastic wrap removed.
- Any items that are not in new condition (Shows clear signs of being worn, used, damaged or has missing parts).
1. I made my purchase online and would like to return it online:
A) Fill out the merchandise return form on the back of the invoice received with your order or to print out a new return form. As long as your name matches the billing name you entered at purchase we will be able to find you.
B) Ship the item(s) to be returned, along with the merchandise return form to:

C) Once the items are received by Mexicali Blues your return should be processed in 1-3 business days.
If you are making an exchange your new items should ship in 3-5 business days.
* Online purchases returned to mexicaliblues.com will be issued a Refund to the appropriate account.
(Paypal, Amazon, AfterPay) or credit card.
* Mexicaliblues.com will refund the full purchase price less the cost of shipping.
* The customer is responsible for shipping their items back to mexicaliblues.com.
* If the problem was our mistake, (the product was shipped in damaged/unusable condition or the wrong item or quantity of items were shipped), Mexicali Blues will accept responsibility and ship the proper item(s) at our cost. If we need to take the damaged item back, we will send you a return label and your corrected order will be shipped once damaged item is received back by us. Upon receipt you can send the damaged or otherwise not usable item(s) back to us free of charge. Note: Damaged items exchanged for identical items only. Size, color and style cannot be changed.
** If you package is lost, stolen or received damaged through shipping we will file a claim with our carrier and work with you to replace the package or damaged item(s).
2. I made my purchase online and would like to return it in-store:
Simply bring the item(s) that you would like to return to any of our locations with the online invoice/receipt and we will process your return.
*AfterPay purchases can ONLY be returned online. Purchases made online and returned in-store can only be returned for Store Credit in the form of a gift card or Refunded to the original for of payment (Paypal and Amazon will be refunded to a giftcard).
3. I made my purchase in-store and would like to return it in-store:
Simply bring the item(s) that you would like to return to any of our locations with the original receipt and we will process your return.
* Purchases made in-store and returned in-store can be returned for Store Credit in the form of a gift card or Refunded to the original form of payment.
Returns without a receipt will be discounted 25%. Please keep your receipt or request a gift receipt!

5. I received a damaged item(s)

If the problem was our mistake, (the product was shipped in damaged/unusable condition or the wrong item or quantity of items were shipped), Mexicali Blues will accept responsibility and ship the proper item(s) at our cost.
