How do I choose sizes?
Since much of our clothing is hand-made in countries with different methods of sizing, it is often important to note the measurements listed below each item on the individual product pages. We have taken extra care to provide you with the most accurate measurements possible by measuring all items ourselves before they are put up on our website. What does "one size" mean?
"One size" means that the item only comes in one size, unfortunately it's not always the case that it will fit everyone. When ordering a one size item be sure to check the measurements provided below the item's description. If you're still not sure, please feel free to give us a call or send us an email!
How do I return an item?
Fill out the merchandise return form on the back of the invoice that was received with your order, or print of a return form on our website. As long as your name matches the billing information when the purchase was made we will be able to search our program and find your order. Ship the items to be returned along with the merchandise form to:

Once we receive your items, your return should be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. It depends on your banks policy of when you will see the credit come through to your account. PayPal, AmazonPay, and AfterPay accounts will be credited in just a few minutes.
How do I exchange an item?
Fill out the merchandise form on the back of your invoice included with your purchase, ship to above address, once received your new items should be shipped within 2-3 business days. The customer is responsible for shipping their item back to Mexicali Blues.
Can I change something to my order?
If you would like to change or add something to your order after you have placed it, please send us an email at email@example.com or give us a call at 1-866-329-0639. Since we do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible, please contact us as soon as you can!
When will an item be back in stock?
We invite you to like our Facebook page where we announce the arrival of new products and the return of customer favorites! You can also add your email on the product page to receive an email notification if an item becomes available again.
How long does shipping take?
Standard: Up to 5 business days processing time. Once shipped, delivers within 3 business days.
2nd Day: Ships by 2nd business day after order has been placed, if placed after 8am. Once shipped, delivers within 1-2 business days.
Canada: Dependent on USPS
International: Dependent on shipper and country
Do you wholesale or sell at volume/discount?
No we do not sell wholesale, but we do bring you consumer goods straight from the source. This business model passes savings onto you, the customer!
Are all of your products displayed on the website?
Due to our unique, extensive handmade inventory, not all of our products are online. If there is a specific product you are looking for though, please give us a call at 1-866-329-0639 and we will do our best to assist you!
