Bring grounding movement to your mantra meditations with a handpainted prayer wheel. Tibetan prayer wheels (also referred to as Mani wheels by Tibetans) are devices for spreading spiritual blessings and well-being. In traditional prayer wheels, rolls of thin paper imprinted with many copies of a mantra (or prayer) are placed in the protective container and spun around and around. Larger decorative versions of the syllables of the mantra are also carved on the outside cover of the wheel. Prayer wheels are found all over Tibet and in areas influenced by Tibetan culture, and come in many shapes and styles.
