It’s a New Moon in Pisces! Our lives may be feeling chaotic and also a bit confused as we swim through the murky Piscean fog. We feel that change is imminent, but when we try to reason our way through it we lose track of details. We grasp fruitlessly for connection to the minutia that would make our plans successful. Integral pieces of information slip from our minds or through our fingers. Though we try to push ahead, as we take the next logical action, our plans dissolve into a nebulous mist. It can feel incredibly frustrating! If you’re in these vibes, just know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
The Pisces New Moon calls us to shift our focus from the elusive details, look toward the big picture, and surrender. This is not the time for holding tight to our idea of what the next step should be, but to lean into what feels right in the moment and like it is aligned with our higher goals. The one thing we need to get clear on right now is where we *want* to be, what we desire for our lives, what the dream is. The Sun conjunct Neptune is increasing our sensitivity and intuition to support this. Our empathy is also increased, so we want to be mindful about who we spend our time with. Negative people might prove extra draining, so it may be a good idea to set some physical boundaries so you aren’t spending too much in-person time with them right now. If that’s not possible, looking at *how* they drain your energy, and *why* it’s so hard on you, may be helpful information to be cataloguing for future use. It is a time for letting go and finding the most easeful flow through whatever occurs, knowing that the time for new contracts and sanctioned forward motion is coming but not yet here, because. . .
. . . Mercury’s in Retrograde until March 28th! This potent astrological phenomenon can cause hiccups and delays in the things we try to accomplish, but there’s also a lot of goodness that we can gather in this time. Mercury Retrograde energy is very supportive of anything with the prefix re- (revamp, redecorate, review, etc). It’s a beautiful time to review commitments you’ve made, take stock of what you have, and get all your ducks in a row. It’s also a great time to reconnect with old friends (but be *very* wary of reconnecting with romantic exes; just sayin’).
A few more Merc Retro DO’s:
- Leave early for travels and appointments.
- Re-read what you wrote before you send or post!
- Finish projects you’ve already started.
- Process, forgive, and let go.
