It's no secret that the Aries new moon has brought challenges. As the moon sits, it is conjunct with Chiron representing the Wounded Healer. He is a centaur of Greek mythology and is known for bringing karmic wounds to the surface of our lives. A karmic wound is leftover from another lifetime, meaning there is nothing we can do about this wound except to heal and learn from it. Chiron after all, is a teacher first and foremost.
Through this learning and healing period, it is imperative not to keep your emotions bottled up. If you have a source to reflect and work through these challenges with, take advantage but be empathetic to your neighbors who are navigating a similar path. If there's no one for you to commiserate with, turn to creativity. Writing your frustrations or concerns down is a direct and therapeutic way to come to terms with what you are feeling. If you have the tendency to be more creative then run with it!
The most important thing to watch for is if you are turning this painful growing and healing into something more aggressive. Be aware how you treat others and take note how others interact with you. If someone is rude or curt with you, chances are they've lost direction in the chaos. It is not up to you to guide them back, but be aware that a harsh reaction can only inflame things further and be damaging to both parties.
If you have the ability to help others this is not the time to hold back. The world needs as much healing energy it can get so be generous if you can. Be wary not to overstretch yourself. Helping to heal someone else's pain at the risk of damaging your own is never what the stars have in mind.
Use your best judgement and know that when humanity is faced with challenges, we tend to unify and come out out of it stronger, wiser and ready for the next test.
