Throughout the month of July, we’re challenging ourselves to hoop for 30 minutes a day for 30 days, and we hope you’ll join our #hoopchallenge! It doesn’t matter how you break it down (like taking six 5-minute hoop breaks throughout the day), as long as you keep up with it! It’s a fun and healthy challenge, and we’re stoked to start and hold ourselves accountable to the #MexicaliTribe!
