Throughout the month of July, we’re challenging ourselves to hoop for 30 minutes a day for 30 days, and we hope you’ll join our #hoopchallenge! It doesn’t matter how you break it down (like taking six 5-minute hoop breaks throughout the day), as long as you keep up with it! It’s a fun and healthy challenge, and we’re stoked to start and hold ourselves accountable to the #MexicaliTribe!

Don’t have a hoop or know how to do it? We sell colorful handmade hoops in stores, collapsible travel hoops online, and we would be happy to give you a beginner’s tutorial if you visit one of our stores–just ask!
As well as hooping daily, we’ll be sharing lots of hooping-related awesomeness throughout July–from videos featuring tips & tricks to some awesome playlists to keep you moving and grooving!
